Story: Roscoe had a loving home with children to play with. Mom and dad got a divorced and one thing lead to another and after a string of bad luck Roscoe found himself in a SPCA kennel. He was sent to NY to a new family but he and the cat didn't get along and Roscoe was sent back. He will be up to date on shots, inc rabies, Heartworm tested and neutered before he is placed. Roscoe is often called an albino dobe some people call them white. His color is actually a beige and he has light blue eyes. Please read up on the albino/white dobe so you can decide if he is the right dog for you. Roscoe still acts like a puppy.
